As one of millions, what we all have been waiting for is finally here… FOOTBALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, tonight is only the beginning of Pre-Season, but the excitement is in the air. However, there are a couple of folk we won’t be seeing on the field. Atlanta Falcons QB Michael Vick is at the top of the list with his indictment hanging an ugly cloud over him wherever he goes. Talk about having a hobby…. with millions of dollars, surely he could have thought of something else to do than to supposedly operate a dog fighting ring.

Then there is Adam “Pacman” Jones who has chosen to try out the WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment). There was a mixture of cheers and boos as he entered the ring. Unfortunately no blows were exchanged… maybe next time. He is currently suspended for the entire 2007 season after being arrested six times, which is a violation of the league’s personal conduct policy.

I will miss RB Tiki Barber, who retired from the New York Giants to put his degree to use with The Today Show.

What we can look forward to is how Randy Moss performs with his new team: New England Patriots, who are known their winningist style.
